A wolf brings a scroll for Talon.

Dear King Skyfire,

Normally I would not bother you with such things, but we had a visit last night that does not sit easily on my mind. The visitor's name was Raje Damen. He says he owns a home near the caves between Luna and Umbra. I am writing because, according to Raje, his children, (teens) snuck out in the dead of night and went to luna. They stole, while there. The guard in luna reportedly brought the children home to Raje then proceeded to ban Raje and his whole family for what the children did.

Needing to shop he took his family to Umbra and was trying to sneak thru it when he came across someone attacking a healer. He intervened to help the healer, a virtuous act indeed. It turns out it was a member of the Ebon Skull, attacking the healer, and so when he intervened more ebon skull came and stole his family away leaving only him.

A strange story, one I am not certain that I fully understand. To be honest I am suspicious, Stonegate has gotten requests for help against the ebon skull in the past that has turned out to be not what it seemed. Not to mention the fellow seemed very confident in being able to get his family back, as well as wanting to know details of any plans we had to attack the ebon skull. Wanting to help us, before he even had his family safely back. I admit that was odd to me. His story was full of holes, indeed i prompted him with a few excuses, (like shopping in umbra being his reason for being there) and he hungrily ate them up. I would be careful with this individual. We were certain to only tell him things that were already common knowledge.

I recommended he speak to you regarding the banishment or speak to Blackmarsh to diplomatically get his children back.

In any case, if you have any information regarding this, or questions please feel free to contact me.

Respectfully Yours,
Merci d'Rue

*Forwards a copy of this Letter to Her King Myrddin as well.
