The top of this letter bears a family seal that you vaguely recognize as one from a long dead noble house of Magincia

Greetings to you, Director Isk of the Maritime Union,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I write to you this day in hopes to obtain the services of you and your ilk. I would refrain from writing of the specifics of my request, and only ask that you grant an audience to negotiate sufficient terms that would prove beneficial to the both of us. I have traveled from the facet of Malas and have made temporary arrangements at the Gentle Rest Inn in the town of New Haven. I eagerly await your reply there.
