A messenger boy arrives in Tokuno, bearing no specific colors. He leaves a message for Soke Bishimi with the appropriate people, seeing to it that it gets delivered.
Quote: | Soke Bishimi,
We made it -very- clear to you and yours that we did not want your kind lurking in the shadows around Blackmarsh. You were more than welcome to walk around freely like any normal human being. I'm not sure if there's some sort of language barrier that is getting in the way here, or if you simply believe that you can do whatever it is you want. Last time this happened, you spoke with Emperor Bracken and told him this would not happen again. Well just as I suspected would eventually happen, you went back on your word. You see, I caught one tonight, in Blackmarsh, just outside my house. Probably attempting to peep into my house; this one in particular always did have some weird fascination with me.
Whether or not this Tok fellow was acting on his own behalf or on your behalf matters not. For if he was acting under your behalf, then you are obviously in knowing violation of our previous agreement. If he was acting on his own behalf, then you are unfit to lead, and still held accountable for the situation at hand.
Your entrance upon Blackmarsh has been seen as an act of aggression. Any further shadow walkers you send to Blackmarsh will be dealt with harshly, and sent back weakened.

The Soke took the letter from the boy, giving him a few gold peices for his trouble. A small grin crossed his face when he saw who it was from. He paused making a quick mental note of the men he had seen at training that day. None had seemed to imply anything was amiss. They all seemed
unharmed. With certainty that his men were safe for the time being he set the letter down. He had much to think of right now and a better look into these matters was required before he responded.
With a cold smile he left considering his next actions. |
