Be it known, that the drow known as Gorhun Morchiant is now marked as a criminal against the the City of Umbra, the South Malasian Empire and is in the eyes of the state a Skre'dazkre'tavi
The Empire wishes him captured alive, to be punished for his crimes against the Holy Nation and its Peoples, which include:
Kidnapping of a citizen of umbra
Assault on a member of the Clergy of oblivion
Conspiracy against the Empire
Sedition
Performing acts the adversely affect the Empire
Unsanctioned religious rituals against a citizen of the Empire.
He is to be hunted to the ends of creation, and may he never know rest. If an umbran citizen captures him alive, the Herald will grant onto them a boon. Should a slave of the Empire capture him, they will be granted freedom. Should an outsider capture him, a bounty of five hundred thousand gold crowns sits upon his head.
There is no reward for his death.
If any are found aiding or abetting him, they too bear the stain of his crimes, and are sentenced to a slow and agonizing death.
