On this date, the city of Umbra, let it be known that an amicable and historic gathering between his Entropic Majesty, Darrien Church & His Serene Majesty, Denzin Bracken, took place within the Grove of Oblivion, most sacred and revered seat of the Umbran Empire.

- The free trade of Umbran and Blackmarsh goods is to commence.

-Both the Scholomance & the Academy of Blackmarsh open their classes to the reception of members of the dual Empires.

-The Necromancer Azunda is named official emissary of the Lich Lord to the court of Emperor Denzin Bracken.

-The City of Umbra is open to the reception of the people of the Blackmarsh Empire for matters of commerce, leisure, study etc..

-the City of Blackmarsh is open to the reception of the people of Umbra for matters of commerce, leisure, study etc...
