|
The battles in Minoc had been over for quite some time, and there were still questions left unanswered among the citizens. It was time for the Legion of Justice to approach the citizens and answer such questions, and also present them with plans for the future.

The Elder's Council of the Legion of Justice, consisting of Vaen Swiftar, Rachel Corbinis, Valatin Corbinis, Natalya Vorn, and Kolero Duriel, entered Minoc and stood, surrounding the statue that is North West of the bank. Citizens gathered around, and Vaen stepped forward.
"Greetings, citizens of Minoc!" Vaen said, glancing around at all of the faces that seemed unsure whether or not the Legion of Justice would be suitable to keep order in their town. "Azeroth has vacated this town, and will not be returning anytime soon." Vaen noticed a good amount of smiles come across the faces of the citizens, and then he smiled too. "We are here to listen to your questions and concerns about our presence here."
"Lord Swiftar..." spoke up one of the citizens. Vaen looked at him and nodded. "Lord Swiftar, I was wondering... what exactly are we going to gain by your presence?"
"Well, my friend," Vaen said, "it is very simple. I'm not sure how many of you know this, but I am a native of this town. I was born and raised on these streets. I simply wish to protect this town from any evils that may come about. Evils that even the town guards themselves cannot help defend against."
"I see..." said the same citizen, "Then you have my loyalty."
Vaen nodded and smiled to the man, "Thank you very much, sir."
"Swiftar..." another citizen spoke up. Vaen nodded to her. "Swiftar, I love my husband, very much. And our son, he is nineteen years of age. We're a trade family, not a fighting family. Members of our family will not be called to arms, will they? I mean, forced... I couldn't bare to lose either one of them."
"Rest assured, m'lady," Vaen said, "We will never force anyone here to fight against their will. If the time comes, and you wish to aid us, then all may do so. However, we will not ask for the help, nor will we put out flyers for the help. It will be completely voluntary, without any kind of propaganda."
The lady smiled and nodded, "Thank you, m'lord. You have my loyalty, as well."
Vaen glanced around the crowd, "Are there any more questions?" The crowd looked around at one another, and no one stepped forward. "Very well. If there are questions that arise, please do not hesitate to stop and ask any member of the Legion that happens to be in the area. Or, if need be, leave a message with the Town Guards. They know how to get ahold of me. I thank you all for coming, and I bid you all a good evening."
Vaen smiled, and the citizens all went back to their business. Vaen glanced back to the rest of the Legion that was with him and nodded. "I think this is going to go rather well." _________________
