It had seemed like an eternity since that fateful day he was banished from Umbra alongside his comrades Vrae'il, Nephraal and Xinavane. Perhaps it was, Admoreth had begun to lose all grasp of time and space recently. So long ago Xinavane guided the three to the graveyard that became their base; Charnel Hill. The same graveyard that contained a cabalistic study of the long dead Necromancer Maabus, who persued the studies relating to an artifact that was only labeled as "the skull", an artifact that granted powers tot he bearer far greater than anything Admoreth learned in Umbra. Mardoth had banished the group from Umbra, and were deemed heretics for seeking higher forms of the black arcane known as Necromancy. But now... Mardoth knows fear. Many citizens of the city of Umbra deserted him to join ranks with this cult, These "Seekers of the Skull", and it was no secret they wanted access to Umbra once more.

So much time whisped by since the day he met the necromancer Tyranthraxus, a necromancer of the fallen Order of the Ebon Skull. Tyranthraxus learned of Admoreth and his colleagues, and seemed a bit pessimistic towards the finding of any relics of Oblivion. Admoreth never forgot that day, the day he met the student of Ezerak, a necromancer of ages long passed, the age of Stygia.

One fated day, the seekers were lead to find a tome in the Scholomance of Caina, a tome which detailed in the location of five artifacts of the Ebon Skull that would lead to the summoning of Nizar; the Lich Lord of the Stygian age.

The soul stone of Kabar was the first artifact. Kabar was one of the first death knights of the Ebon Skull, known for his cruel and unforgiving nature. The demon lord Beleth hid the stone deep in the dungeon of wrong, the seekers wasted no time in finding it.

The Mirror of Morgaz was held by Tyranthraxus, He agreed to only hand it to Admoreth once the time to summon Nizar came about.

The blood of the Harbinger was deep in the dungeon of blood in Ilshenar, again by the Demon Lord Beleth. The harbinger was an ancient vampire from the age of Stygia. Admoreth, Zh'Azhak and Horace searched the dungeon for this artifact, and found it in a holding cell.

Admoreth and Zh'Azhak travelled to the ethereal island of Reg Volum in Ilshenar to find the fourth artifact, the sermon transcript. The Sermon transcript contained the entropic chant, as recited by the former High Priest of the Order, Bal Anon-Dak. This was recited before each Black Mass. The pair did battle against the ethereals, then descended into the crypt, where the wraiths guarded the transcript.

The final artifact was deep in the dungeon of Deciet; The Spellbook of Nizar. The malicious cantrips riddled within this book struck fear into the hearts of man during the Stygian age, and would undoubtedly do the same again. Admoreth, Horace, Zh'Azhak, Kuja and a man named Konrad descended into the dungeon. Admoreth didn't entirely trust Konrad, although Zh'Azhak claimed he was an old apprentice of his. The pair seemed a bit cunning when Admoreth turned his back, Horace noted such as well. Deep in the dungeon, they found Nizar's Spellbook locked within a chest.

But a few days remained, and Admoreth prepared tirelessly for the coming of their new lord. He fashioned a temple from the decaying shrine a bit east of Charnel Hill, rather ornate and more than able to serve Nizar's needs. The candles gave off a pale glow in the mist the shrouded the corrupted forest, a mist that seemed to grow thicker as the evening came about. The new pews had been crafted from the Umbran darkwood, and reflected the candle's and lantern's glow. Admoreth walked to the head of the temple, and opened his arms gazing towards the ceiling.

"A new saviour, a messiah. Nizar, we have waited your arrival for some time now, Lead us in an infernal campaign against Sosaria and her people." Admoreth sank to his knees, Placing his hands flat upon the hard, stone tile where swamp once festered. He stayed in such a position for the rest of the night, his thoughts twisting and repeating themselves, driving Admoreth towards the brink of dementia.
