The sounds of saws on wood, hammers on ore and shouting between tradesmen fill the Blackmarsh air. The noise is loud enough, that simple conversation is difficult. Men hurry back and forth with logs on their shoulders. They drag crates over-flowing with ore along the streets.

Buildings directly behind the Tavern are half erected. Ladders are placed all over while construction takes place. Yellow ribbon is tied around the Butter Factory and Arcanamach Temple.

The Herald stands in front of the Blackmarsh Tavern & Inn. He slowly strolls back and forth along the grassy roads. A helmet rests on the top of his head. He shouts:

"To those visiting Blackmarsh! The Citizens and Soldiers have all taken residence in Cove for the next day or two! Blackmarsh is currently under going heavy construction! Our town remains safe, while soldiers still patrol the area! But if you wish to contact those that normally stay at the Inn, you are best to look in Cove!"

(OOC - Building Town Hall. Revamping the Tavern a bit. You could still come to look for RP, but for the most part the buildings will be off limits for a day or two!)
