To All Citizens of Umbra and the South Malasian Empire

These last seven days have been a boon for the Empire, the Children of Oblivion and Walkers Between Worlds.

- The triumph of D'Thal Morlith
- The final passing of another of the Skyfire Clan
- The return of several ancient powers
- The erection of the Reliquary of the Skull
- The collapse of the Protectorate

In our pleased state, we see fit to pronounce a new holiday, honoring the Feast of the Dimming of the Light.

This Saturday, the 27th of February, At eight bells in the eve, all citizens of the South Malasian Empire are invited to gather in front of the Reliquary of the Skull for benediction. All are encouraged to bring a torch, a lantern or a candle.

In addition, all sins against the Skull and the Empire can be forgiven this day, by presenting ones self before the crowd, confessing all of your sins against the Children of Oblivion, begging your forgiveness, and pledging your undying loyalty to the Empire, the Skull, and his Magnificence, Lich Lord Darrien Church.
