Fair citizens and nobles of Britain, you have spoken! Your City was gifted by Blackmarsh and it's fine leaders! You live in safety, with established laws. Soldiers of the highest caliber walk your streets, ensuring that murderers and thieves hide in the sewers!

As the first act of Blackmarsh, to ensure proper leadership amongst the City itself, a Govenor has been elected by the demand of your mouths! Today, Blackmarsh is honored to grant Britain with one of it's finest political memebers. Orelen Reaucher, a citizen born and raised in Britain itself, will now guide the City to prosper under the Blackmarsh banner!

A ceremony will be held in Felucca Britain this evening at 7 past the eastern sun. Members from the Blackmarsh Empire will gather in the park of East Britain. The Mayor of Blackmarsh, Denzin Bracken, will present the new Govenor with his honorable title.
