There will be a wedding for Bishimi and Merci on February 10th, at 9:30 pm est. Presided by EM Eris. (luna fairgrounds)

The reception will be held at the already scheduled Valentines Day Ball on February 14th at 9pm.

I will temporarily add runes for both of these events to the TAvern night book at goodmans.

I have updated our Calendar and rotation list with these events.

All are welcome to these events in Peace.

In character posts will be going up sometime this week for both events.

I imagine if there is a attack, Quite a few people would have to be gotten through first... Not that the two getting married could not handle it on thier own.

I would not inhibit rp in such a way, if an attack was done it is done and we would deal with it.

However, in respect for the EM I would ask that it is after the ceremony.

Merci fighting in her wedding dress is just to...wondrous of an idea... to ignore. Its good rp.. especially if it kept her from a wedding feast of pizza.

Gotta agree with Merci. An EM's time is a terrible thing to waist? So if something were to go down right after it all I could accept that, during might be a little to much bother for Eris. Personally I think it would be most suiting given how our guilds are, but hey, again like Merci said, who am I to shut down any potential RP?

So.... you're suggesting a wither spam from multiple OESers strategically placed around the ceremony might not be in the best of taste? Well fooey on that! Might as well bring my anarchist then and let him stumble around drunk and being mildly lewd at the various female (or particularly good looking male) guests. At least until he makes a pass at Merci and then gets gutted.

I think this wedding is the most awkward thing I've seen happen in uo so far. No offense to the two getting married. But it does make for good rp since it is an arranged marriage.

I just want to say how hilarious it is that this is turning into like a real wedding. The women fussing over, food, decor, clothing, location ect...

*grins* To Clarify, Bishimis a good friend, there is nothing more IRL then that. I am honored to do this with him and his clan.

But I also want to give credit where it is due. This whole thing was the Empress's idea and I loved it.

And edda your correct its a bit of a different twist. I like the rp chance at it. A bit more work to do..
