Her Imperial Majesty Empress Miko Nakamura, Ruler of the Isamu-Jima, Makoto-Jima and Homare-Jima, of Tokuno decrees:

Any persons associated with Otori Yotogi or answer to a Call of arms under any associated banner from this day forward are banned by order of her Imperial Majesty, to lands under her rule. Punishment will be swift, and unyielding for this transgression of trespassing.

Her Imperial Majesty Miko Nakamura, orders those of her Armed forces, and common citizens to remove such individuals from the Lands under her Rule; it’s outlawed to give comfort or solace to any such persons that associate with Otori Yotogi, punishment will be swift and unyielding.

This is effective immediately, and until further decree shall stand as law.

The White Wolf met the Courier and he stared for a moment. Its eyes an unnatural blue its form larger than the other wolves around. It was a rare occurrence these days that Merci was in full animal form. Flurries of snow covered the creature as it metamoRphased into the body of a female. As Snow clung to her blue hair she reached out a hand and said calmly.

She read it over..gave a soft nod and turned heading to the Kings Offices to give him the Decree personally.
