Things I'd like to do:
Keep this character anonymous OOCly.
Be able to carry out assassinations like the one the Zog pulled way back when.
Infiltrate guilds and do my research and planning entirely IC.
I'd like to base my work entirely off of the information I picked up IC.
And I'd like to create a character who is known throughout the community but really...unknown. I think it would be fun to interact with every character in the community without them even knowing it.

I have plans and I think I know how parts of RP will play out, but i'm looking for comments and suggestions about how to get this started. I know I could just talk to people OOC to get this character and his friends warred and official. But how should I go about doing this IC? I think that having ME the player known may affect how some people will interact with Jean. I know there are many devoted RPers who would like to think that we dont but honestly we do it more than I think we realize sometimes.
