So, I died in Trammel and when I got back to my body, a cursed item I had was gone.

Could someone have taken it? I thought looting, even with cursed items, in Trammel was verboten.

You in the thieve's guild?

Were you in a party, looting allowed?

Also, were you killed by something that will loot? Cursed items can be looted like any unblessed or uninsured item.
