Most Esteemed Empress, Most Honored Soke,

Tonight we shall convene upon hallowed ground with your approval. At such time the Shadow Claw Pact between our clans,
May be signed and sealed. I ask for your confirmation of this important event.

Stoneguardians will await your affirmation and assemble. We shall sign each half of the pact, upon sacred grounds in each others lands. Please send word if this meets your approval.

Two young Oshiegos appear at the door of the Stonegate stronghold, carrying a large scroll laden with ribbons and wax seals of Tokuno, the Soke and the Imperial Empress.
