So Saturday Night me Azunda and Dragoona were messing around...and I ended up with a Soul Gem.

Stratics has nothing on it.

UO Insider has nothing on it.

So other than a cool looking piece of decor, that looks like a thumb shaped chunk of amber, what is this for?

Deco as far as reports go, they're selling for about a mill on the open market. They're not quest items, or crafting ingredients, I'd probably reenact some Elder Scrolls and imbue a weapon with the soul of a slain foe.

Primeval Lich spawn

Around 2nd level named bones spawn that you have to return to the grave with the same name. You get either a stat buff or a soul gem. The gems do a weak magic arrow to most creatures, but I do believe when used on the Primeval Lich they do almost 200 damage per.

So seriously, other than hitting the lich for a bunch of damage, they are simply deco?
