As far as I know, Molly of House Gauntlet for Luna city and some surrounding areas, as well as Stonegate for some of the other surrounding areas.

Currently, RPly, House Gauntlet holds control over the city of Luna. In an effort to protect this side of Malas, Molly, Will, Myrddin and Merci sat down and agreed to Myrddins military use of her moongate, as well as running Military operations out of Luna with access to using her facilities like the Jail ect, against Darrien. Our interest is great due to a large amount of the land we own being around luna.

That is what Myrddin was trying to explain at the last protectorate meeting when Malic so rudely interupted. Dont you just love rp?
