A courier has delivered the following letter to an official of the court of Empress Miko. It is addressed to her and is affixed with the royal seal of Yew.

"Your Highness, Empress Miko,

Greetings,

It is my earnest hope and desire that you are enjoying good health and that your Empire prospers.

No less important to me is the need to speak with you about a matter that has become an increasing concern of mine. I cannot mention it in this letter, but would prefer to meet with you as soon as possible to discuss it in private and face to face.

Might I call upon you at your convenience? Please forgive my forwardness, or any breach of protocol, or any imposition that my request might be making. It is urgent that I talk to you.

Your wish shall me my solemn duty to perform, and I will happily attend myself to it.
