I have received a list of requested items from My Mistress. While I am becoming more familiar with the gate system used here, I cannot say that I look forward to venturing outside the manor. The thought of ruining yet another dress is enough of hindrance let alone being knocked unconscious by a murderous bull! I have learned my lesson, Dragon snot is a bad omen. On a positive note, I am acquiring a new oven shortly! It is from a company called Bald-Corp. I have been assured they are unique! I cannot wait to test it out! My cakes haven’t been turning out at their normal quality in the elven oven we had when I first arrived. Perhaps this is just the extra Zing they need.

Soren put her quill down and grabbed her bag of coins. She glanced warily at the dagger sitting on the small wooden table to the side of her desk and decided against taking it. It had not done her much good the last time so she saw no point in taking it now. Idly she rubbed her right arm still sore from her last encounter in town and walked out of the house.
