Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 8:30 PM EST in the throne room of Castle Britannia

Queen Dawn has invited Queen Zhah of the Gargoyles to Castle Britannia for a diplomatic meeting of first contact. All are welcome at the Castle to witness the historic first contact between the Kingdoms of Britannia and Ter Mur. Queen Dawn is asking trustworthy guilds to provide a royal escort for Queen Zhah. If your guild would like to participate as a royal escort, please send an email to us by Sunday. Include in your email your ICQ, guild contact names, guild website, the number of guards you can provide, guild colors and uniform to be used. Selected guilds will receive confirmation and instructions on Monday.

The Plan:

We will meet early, at 8:10 PM EST on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at the Britain Moongate in Trammel. Queen Zhah will arrive and march with you to Lord British's Castle. Once you arrive at the Castle, the guards will be placed near the throne and the Guild leaders on the steps near Queen Dawn.

We will be in party chat. I will ask the guild leader to say "present arms". HOT will go first and turn towards Queen Dawn and Queen Zhah, take out their long swords and salute once. Then UWF's Guildleader will say "present arms" and their guild will do the same. Then MTC's guild leader will call for the salute in the same way.

Next everyone turns back toward the audience and Queen Dawn and Queen Zhah will begin their meeting. Queen Dawn will thank the Royal Escort and Guards for their service to the Crown. It should be fun! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Those guilds mentioned are those that have already announced they would assist; this is not to say no others can not be there and we welcome everyone to help in this (I fear alot of danger will be in our way).
