Think I'm going to go in and detail it a bit more.

That is a really cool take on the character. One thing I like about your art is your poses, you make your characters look animated even when all they're doing is standing around.

Well Done. Kaelthir has a good point in regards to the animated aspect. I was wondering what tool you use, ie: pencil, paint on computer, hand paint?

I use a wacom tablet and photoshop, but that's probably going to change. I'm thinking about drawing in my sketchbook then scanning it into photoshop to color. Much cleaner line art that way.

I used to do that, it's much harder to colour images for me though. I like doing an outline on one layer, and then colouring behind it. I find I get cleaner lines with photoshop than my actual pencil drawings, I just turn pressure sensitivity off but leave tip size sensitivity on.

Yea, I agree. Draw by hand then scan to computer. Photoshop after that with tablet.

I know it may be strange but I found that importing your drawing after applying first layer of paint to Be Funky in cartoonizer section makes things look more well... cartoonish after the work has been cartoonized take it back to photoshop and detail over top. Looks awesome.

I can't tell you how happy it makes me inside when I see your replies.

Edit: I think we should go swimming sometime. The coast of Moonglow is nice this time of year, isn't it?

Oh yes. And all the students are back in class. That husband of yours is quite dedicated, I hope his students are less unruly this semester. I heard he had some dreadfully disobedient ones last time.

Yeah, I do the line art on one layer then color on a layer underneath that one too. I dunno, I just feel like I have more control with a pencil in a sketchbook for line art.
