Stygian Abyss Overview

Stygian Abyss is Ultima Online's 8th official expansion due to be released on September 8th 2009. Stygian Abyss revolves around the introduction of the playable Gargoyle race. Players will also find expansive new areas to explore, including Ter Mur, the Gargoyle homeland, and the Stygian Abyss – the largest dungeon area ever introduced to Ultima Online. This sprawling dungeon will contain new boss monsters of unparalleled difficulty, including the Medusa, Primeval Lich and the Stygian Dragon, as well as Player vs. Player zones.

Stygian Abyss is available only through digital download starting on September 8th. Anyone purchasing Stygian Abyss through any of the stores listed in the link below between the dates of September 8th and September 29th will also receive several pre-order gifts, including Gargoyle transformation tokens, a unique craftable pet, and decorative SA based statues.
