The envelope that arrives is ordinary, with no decorative adornment other than the seal of blue wax with the ab'Arawn family crest pressed into it. The letter is written on commonplace parchment probably purchased in Britain, if one judges by the varieties sold in town. The handwriting suggests someone who has taken the time to master the art, looping and dotted where it ought to be, and no stray drops of ink on the page at all. All in all, it is as straight-forward as the message it bears.

Regent Starfire,

A short time ago, I had expressed an interest in speaking with you. I feel that the time has come to request a private audience with you, at your convenience. It is my hope that you will decide to agree to this meeting, which could ultimately be beneficial to us both. I eagerly await your response.
