A larger sized blue pigeon flies to Castle Blackguard, proudly holding a letter bearing the name Davaran Skyfire.

M'lord Skyfire,

I am writing to request a meeting between the two of us in regards to an annoyance at both our borders. If you can contact me regarding when and where would be best to meet, it would be much appreciated.

Davaran received the bird, and for a moment, holds it upside down by it's leg before accepting the message, shaking his head as he begins to read, then promptly penning a response.

P.S.- How do you get the birds blue? For a moment I thought the "High Necromancer" was going to freeze me or something.

After staring at the ponderous creature for another moment, Davaran attaches his correspondence and pushed it toward the window of his chambers.

The pigeon landed on Yasa's desk, then tried to do some weird somersault thing. What in the...? She gently removed the scroll and smiles, reading.

PS. Some experiment years ago in the Lyceum by a few students gave us the brds. Rather than get rid of them, or experiment with them, we've bred them and let them live out amongst the forest in Glow. Besides, It gives a little pizzazz, no?

Yasa laughed as she looked to the pigeon, now laying perfectly on it's back. "You silly," she saidgently and placed the scroll around it's collar, sending it off.
