Drayden was making his way past the Double Dagger that evening. The Sirah had been quite in recent weeks. He had heard something from his Matron that Alaundril. Father, had gone. The time of inaction should be at an end soon. He looked back a the Tavern one last time and melted into the shadows. SIlently and secretly making his way into the tunnel that connected the desert and the Drow Quarter. Drayden murmured a few magical words and felt the magic transporting him across Malas. The dry cold of the desert night vanished and was replaced by a bitter cold of Stonegate's Valley. The magic of his Matron's cloak and Lloth's blessing protected him. Quickly he disappeared into the shadows, making his way up to the tower and leaving a letter sealed with the symbol of his house.
It reads:

Orcale Merci,
It has been some time since we have spoken. My apologies for not delivering this message directly, but secrecy is necessary for such things. I believe there is a mutual respect and understanding between our people. The current way of this concerns all of us and something can be done to right the situation. There is something I wish to show you and your King. I look forward to your quick response.
Drayden Calamyr
-House Qu'ellar D' Alean'und-

Drayden disappeared then, the power of magic carrying him back to the Drow Quarter.

A wisp is sent to search out Drayden:

As he reads the note a chill in the air presides,

Lord Calamyr,

Interesting. I will speak to the Wolf King. Send me word when your Matron is available if timing is good for the Wolf King then we can meet.

Merci
