To start, we will begin with the destruction of some valuable books within the Lyceum. They had to be panstakingly cleaned and copied if unsalvagable due to the massive amount of blood that was spilt upon them. We here at Moonglow Financing, do understand that you are only half responsible, and have taken that in consideration. Thus, you are to only be responsible for half of the total bill, while the other bill will remain in the former regent Isk's name

Replacement for 4085 books: 4,937,900 gold
Fountain draining and resurfacing: 3840 gold
Cleaning supplies: 4939 gold

Please know that the full balance 10,338,728, of which you owe 5,169,364, All checks are to be made out to The Department for the Betterment of Moonglow, sent directly to the headquarters of the Moonglow Town Council.

First off, Moonglow currently has no vice mayor. Second, and this is the biggest one, your "style" doesn't sound at all appealing. I hate goat milk. I don't need watchers to know I'm doing it right. Lastly, please peruse the letter sent and you will see it is in fact in regard to a willful destruction upon the lich lord's part. Moonglow is not for sale, but we do demand that reparations be made for such disregard to the importance of the Lyceum.
