Her imperial Highness, the Empress Miko Nakamura decrees:

From today till the seventh from this date, our beloved Empress, whom has brought peace, and structure to our lands, lays claim to the Island of Makoto-Jima of the Tokuno Islands. The Imperial Empress Miko Nakamura claims this Island for the people of Makoto-Jima and the Jewel city of Zento. With the guidance of the Soke Bishimi, and the Shogun Ducard, the island is to be free of any form of foreign rule, by any body of government or affiliation.

At the end of the Seventh day, no claim will be entertained or can be made from that day forward. The Empress Miko Nakamura will take the mantle of power of the Islands of Makoto-Jima and Homare- Jima; a coronation will take place in the Temple of Zento, overseen by the High Priestess Solar.
