I have had enough time to interpret your lack of response to my previous letter as an official declining however I need to ask you to allow me to speak with you and a chosen few of your closest representatives either prior to, or immediately after the upcoming Protectorate meeting. There is a mutual problem that I think you will find I can offer a very satisfactory answer for. Please, hear me out. Let me know when I can speak with you and your advisers.

I will admit I had no desire to respond to you at all. And I did feel that a meeting with all the protectorate would probably not be safe for you no matter what I promised. However, a meeting with just some ranking officials, while still abhorent to me, will be fine. Name a time and date and I will send messages.
