*It Has Come to the attention of the Ebon Council you have violated the following dictats:*

I.
It is not permitted to refer to Ceinwyn Ab'Arawan as Matriarch or anything similar.

II.
Use of a title bestowed during the rule of Ceinwyn Ab’Arwan to describe any of her formal council or nobility.

VII.

Reference to the Lich Lord simply by “Darrien” or “Church” or “Lich”.


VIII.

Reference to Lord Shalcross as simply "Shalcross".

XI.

Blasphemey against the Lich Lord, Ebon Council, Oblivion or the Bludgod of the Orcs.


It is also noted you passed through Umbra proper in an effort to make war on the Drow Quarter, your feud with the Drow is no concern of the Lich Lord, but you are notified that all treaties, agreements or permissions made by Ceinwyn Ab'Arawan are nullified. Therefore you may not pass through Umbra proper again until an emissary is sent to the Ebon Council to request Military Access for the purpose of using Umbra as a means to reach the Drow Quarter.
