A young man in common garb and tussled tawny hair arrives at the Britain Sheriff's Office. He is holding a parchment bearing the seal of the Cappadocians. "I have something to give to Sheriff Orelen".

Once opened, it reads...


Sheriff Orelen
The time has come you, myself and Ian Nottingham meet to discuss the fate of the piece of Britain we have been...holding.
Please let us know when it will be convenient to meet....and where.
