Mayor Prower,

I am Chief Magistrate Jeren Yendorin. I hold executive authority of the Republic of Jhelom. It is important that we discuss certain matters related to our governing bodies when you have the chance to sit in counsel. No matter if it is face to face or through correspondance. I wish to form an alliance with the Trinsic Council. We border each other and both of our interests is my highest importance. I am aware of your neutrality in the lands of Sosaria. I extend my hand to lend aid and assist in any means for the safety and interests of all the citizens of Jhelom and Trinsic.

In closing, I know that the actions of darkness have eyes everywhere and you can only stand for so long standing neutral before advantages are taken. This is a time for unity...our new Regent speaks volumes on the subject. I hope to some degree we can discuss a way to benefit both of our nations.
