The scribe of her Imperial Empress Miko Nakamura, Ruler of Tokuno, and the province of Nujel’m


Decrees any of the Drow decent or known associates are to be captured and held for questioning and or possible prosecution before her Imperial Seat, Elder Council and related councils.

These beings are wanted in connection with the abduction and injury of her Imperial Highness’s personal Myu Jisha the Geisha Hikiko. This attack is as severe as an attack on her Imperial highness.

Any outside of her Imperial Reign:
The capture and return of these beings to Her Blue Lotus Clan, or the Iron Lotus Shoguns will be handsomely rewarded.
