Apparently, after Hikiko's return to Zento she will not be without guard until further notice.
This screen was taken as she spoke with the Shogun Momochi Sandayu, and expressed the fact that she was filled with fear, especially of any and all things drow.
People who both love and hate drow should appreciate this quote. It's classic. Sorry if I put this in the wrong spot, mods!
