Alaundril had been successful at keeping his captive hidden. At least for the time being, she was isolated from both those here in the Quarter and her friends. His mind was occupied on what do do with what he had. His red eyes looked down at the desk, an obsidian scorpion figurine was sitting there motionlessly. The drow picked up the small ornament and looked at it with a wicked grin, "Perhaps she will serve more use than I originally thought..." With a dark chuckle he placed the black scorpion in a small lockbox, shutting the lid and locking it. He then pulled a fresh piece of parchment and began penning a letter to the Lotus:

Soke Bishimi:

Your meddling in our city has gone on far enough. Think of what we took as insurance. If you wish to discuss terms, then meet some of our leaders at the Militia Headquarters. We await your reply.

Signed
The Moonglow Town Council

He also included the Moonglow council's address to reply to, thanks to his earlier work done by Drayden in the town. The old drow let the ink dry and looked through his collection of seals. He had them made after aquiring the various insignias of the powers in the realm. He smiled as he picked up the Moonglowian seal. He rolled up the scroll and quickly sealed it with the Moonglow seal. Alaundril made his way downstairs and handed the scroll to Nessa and had her run the message to be delivered.

BIshimi frowned as he read the message that had just been delivered to him. It brought him far more questions then answers. He left the note sitting on his desk and headed downstairs where he knew at least a few of his men would be. "Takumi, Edda" he shouted without stopping his stride "Hai Soke!" they responded simultaneously. "Come with me, we have an island to visit." Without asking questions the two grabbed their things and followed him out the door.
