Tatiana was stunned and delighted. Lady Starfire was now the new regent. It meant more work would be on her to see to the mundane since Lady Starfire would be busy elsewhere. With a grin, Tatiana went about the assorted towns and tacked up posters.

Jeren returned to the Jhelom Council with the news of Lady Starfire's nomination and the approval from multiple allied organizations of the assembly of Jhelom as a Republic.

"The nomination went to Lady Starfire. Before anyone says anything I am aware that our choice for Regent was unheard and our nominee still the Sheriff of Brit. Rest assure my good friends we have a knowledgable and wise ally."

The Council quickly agreed that they should not wait any longer. Posting the Declaration for all the loyalist and allied regions to view. Messengers from Jhelom lined up proudly as they marched off; the Chief Magistrate began the announcements in Jhelom atop the Library.

"In the Course of our long history it becomes necessary for a Republic to declare there political pledge which have connected them..."
