I found a hiryu that I have not yet come across.. Can someone tell me if it is rare?

I actually found a site with a color chart, too.. I'm pretty sure the first one I posted has a .47% spawn chance. Its not the light blue, its the ice blue, I think. The gold one is crap, though. The blue and yellow.. eh.. Looks pretty, though Wink

I always liked the dark blue ones strong green is my favorite but was never able to get one.
