Lord Ian,

I must say that I am extremely displeased to hear that some of your troops in the Britain battle saw it fit to attack Moonglow. Moonglow has explicitly stated, time and time again, that it would remain neutral in the fight. But upon your troops' sight of the Moonglow blue, you chose to attack immediately without asking questions. This infuriates me.

The victims, Spawn and Arabella, are vastly different people. While Spawn may have had his gear on, that is how he always dressed. Arabella, however, was in nothing more than simple articles of clothing. Yet she was chosen as a victim.

How can you justify this? How do you plan to make reparations for this? My people demand answers. I demand answers.

Mayor Hurst,

After speaking with my troops and my allies in this matter, it is my understanding that it was one of yours that attacked one of our allies first. I am investigating this further out of respect for the friendship that the Cappadocians have enjoyed with the Moonglow Town Council. I feel that this matter is something that should be spoken about in person. I would rather meet with you to resolve this matter, at your convenience of course. I do naut think that this is a matter that can be fully understood through simple letters to one another.
