*A hooded messenger delivers a message to the office of Mayor Hurst*

Mayor Hurst,

I have spoken to your "Mayor for a Day" Scipio, and he was gracious enough to provide me your name.
I would like to meet with you in regards to relations between the Cappadocians and the Moonglow Council at your earliest convenience.

I await your reply.

"Cal! A message came for you!" Brittany shouted as she came into the room. "It's from the Capp... Cappa... Cra.. It's from the vampires!" She smiled to him. Looking to his left from the bed, he rubbed his face and slowly sat up. "How are you feeling, Cal?" She looked to him worriedly, placing a hand on his forehead.

"I'm fine, love. May I see the letter?"

"Mmhm!" She handed him the letter eagerly and sat down on the bed, observing him as he read it.

"Pass me the pen, ink, and a piece of paper, if you would please, Briscuit?"

"Sure thing!" she smiled and handed him the items he asked for. He then began to pen a response.

Lord Ian,

Currently I find myself stuck in bed, being attended to by a beautiful blond. Unfortunately it is for a different reason, however. I have fallen rather ill. If this meeting is of utmost importance, however, I will meet with you tomorrow night at around 9:00pm by the Eastern Sun at the Moonglow Headquarters.

I await a response.

"Dear, could you see that this gets sent to Minoc when next you head into town?"

"Mhm! I will do that. Are you hungry?"

He nodded slowly.

Brittany suddenly squeals and claps her hands. "I'll go make you some soup!" With that, she takes the letter and bounces her way downstairs.
