Citizens of Minoc! Citizens of Vesper!

As per the agreement initiated between the Northland Republic and Moonglow, Moonglow's occupation of your towns is set to expire in the near future, as there is no more threat of an Armunn Empire, or a Dark Order. You are being offered the chance to govern yourselves.

In three weeks' time, a vote will be held in each of the towns. This vote will be whether you wish to become an independent nation, or if you wish to have Moonglow protect you still. The Council has agreed that it is not in your best interest if we decide the future government for you, without first hearing from you.

That being said, you have three weeks to think about it. Until then, Moonglow is still here for any and all of your needs.

On her short trip to the bank in Vesper just over the bridge from her cottage she noticed a parchment posted on the side of the bank. Coming closer she read it with interest as she was still aquanting herself with these lands. Tipping her head sideways she thought mayhap she should attend and learn more of her new home town of Vesper.

The Warden was happening through Vesper when the posted notice caught his eye. After a brief moment to read it a smile crossed the elf's face. He made his way then back into the forest, making a mental note of the announcement he had read.
