Rhiannon sighed while looking at the old, fussy wisp napping on a tree limb outside her home.

"I don't guess it is ethical to continue sending him on missions if the only way to convince him is to drug him."

She took a deep breath and whispered, "Kal Xen Bal!"

Before her, appeared a young, feisty wisp that seemed to eagerly await her instructions. She motioned him closer and whispered:


Head Constable Spawn,

I hope this wisp finds you happy and well. I would like to get together with you to discuss a few things, just to get our ducks in a row. Perhaps you will have time one night this week? Let me know when is best for you, and I shall try to accommodate.

She gave the wisp a gentle smile and said, "Go, go! Show me what you can do, little guy. Find Spawn, and deliver the message exactly how I voiced it."

She giggled as the wisp zipped around the room twice before scurrying out an open window to begin his mission.
