Greetings, Lord Greyskull,

My name is Vaen Swiftar, Proconsul of the Legion of Justice. You may remember me from the Luna battles, or even from the combat tournaments that your order has held. I am writing to you because I am in need of your help.

Recently, the Legion of Justice has gained control of Minoc in order to protect it from evils. We thought we had everything worked out and set. However, the Army of Azeroth has gained the citizens of Minoc's trust by offering them more food and water than the Legion ever could.

I found a piece of paper a while ago with some plans written on it, dropped by Bailos of Azeroth himself. It had designs of strange, yet powerful, weapons and armor that I've never seen before. The paper also outlined the town of Minoc as being the main supplier of the metals they will need.

I fear that if the Army of Azeroth remains dominant in Minoc and obtains enough of the metal materials they are looking to get, they will be an invulnerable force.

I can't let that happen. Therefore, the Legion of Justice is asking for the Order of the Praetorian Guard's help. Help us retake Minoc and put a stop to whatever Azeroth is scheming.

If you choose not to join the Legion of Justice in this war, I will have no ill feelings towards you or your Order. War is not a pleasant thing to be involved in.

I await your answer.
