No matter how hard she tried to keep her mind on the various documents she was copying for Lord Isk, she just could not focus on the task at hand. The conversation with Arahim played over and over again in her mind.

"She tried to kiss me..." he'd stated.

"Even though she knows how you feel?" The confused response.

"Yes."

Joanna had no idea what to do, or even if something ought to be done. She had never been in this situation before. Perhaps it would be time to pay her friend, if she was still calling herself one, a visit. Though, on second thought, maybe avoiding her or trying to ignore the incident would be best?

With an indecisive sigh, she stacked the papers neatly, deciding that a break in the garden would do her some good, even if it brought her no closer to an answer.
