The scene was set...Bailos and Darmug pryed themselves slowly out of the moongate just to the south of Minoc proper. Taking cover in the trees, under cover of nightfall, the pair worked their way in to the city taking frequent breaks and making sure they werent seen. Inching their way ever forward they finally met up on the bridge connecting the city to the mines. Looking over the city, still fast asleep, the pair spoke

"....Where do you think he would put it?" Bailos, almost nonchalantly, asked Darmug.

"Your guess is as good as mine, Sire."

"Let's keep on this way, maybe he took it to the mines. I wrote that book in a code, maybe he's trying to decipher it through the drawings." Bailos suggested

The two snuck accross the plain, over the bridge and behind more trees, making sure that the night guard was nowhere in sight before making the final trek accross exposed terrain over to the camp outside the mines. Seeking out the tents used for business, Bailos and Darmug rifled through everything. Tearing open desks, throwing things, unheaving everything in a quiet rage, trying to find -it-.....Finally, after 5 or so tents in such a manner, Bailos pulled open a desk drawer to find roughly half of his lost book of plans.

Holding it up against a light, he flipped through the pages making sure nothing had been tampered with, and then he shoved it under his armor. Grabbing Darmug, he pulled him with, through the gate just as first sun came accross the horizon. By the time the night guard finally heard the commotion and tracked it down, the two were gone as well as the pages of the book.

........Partial reclamation.......but the search would continue
