A Messenger from the Cappadocians arrives at the House of Isk and delivers a message to Regent Isk

Regent Isk,

Let me get straight to the point, my army is now in command of the portion of Britain from Blackthorn's Castle south to the Docks. Those that attempted to prevent my invasion fought an honorable and spirited fight but at the end of the day were not able to hold the field.

I am now poised and ready to further my attack and take the one thing that the Protectorate and its allies hold most dear; Castle Britain itself. However, I am willing to stand down my attack and return the area of Britain i currently control if the following terms and conditions are met.

1. A new body of representatives will be formed to include all leaders of Sosaria to be know for now as the "Body." This will be a separate entity, not to replace the Protectorate, but an institution where all will be represented. It will be a neutral body to hear and, as appropriate, make decisions regarding the concerns and complaints of all citizens of Sosaria, indifferent to race, alignment or species. All leaders must agree to be part of this Body.

2. The City of Britain will remain neutral. This Body, and not the Protectorate, will determine who will act as the Steward of the City of Britain. In return the Protectorate may remain in Castle Britian without fear of harrassment or attack.

3. This Body, the Protectorate and its Allies agree to ban the "Humanist Movement" that is afoot in the lands.

4. Control of the Docks of Britain is to be contracted to any party with the means to properly administer them. The Giovanni will maintain control of them at this time and until such a contract is awarded. Applications will be taken quarterly to determine who will control the Docks for the next three months with no limit on renewals.

5. I will remain in control of Blackthorn's Castle until I feel that this body is established and in control of Britain.

In closing let me make this very clear; if my terms are not agreed to my army will continue its movement across Britain until it is firmly in control of the entire city, denying the Protectorate and its allies use of the City until an accord has been reached.

War is a costly waste of time and life, let us end this now before it spirals out of control.

Go ahead and attack castle British, land is not important to me. I have seen my lands grow and shrink consistently and know that when it comes to rule things are always in a state of flux. So my rival, I will state to you that I will give nothing that you can not claim on your own. If you seek to set up a council do so and judge your successes by your own initiative for I will remain distant of those endeavors. I do not sit at the table with soulless villains.

You will be made to bow to Humanity be it under the Protectorate, Sanctus or Moonglow's inevitable betrayal
