Lord Orelen,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. Please take time to tend to your wounded and when you are ready we can meet to discuss the fate of the area from Blackthorn's Castle south to the Docks. I feel it would be in the best interest of the citizens of Britain that you for the time being remain in your capacity as Sheriff for this area as well. I'm sure the citizens would be more at ease seeing your men patrol the streets instead of mine. However, I will place a garrison in the area as protection against any reprisals that might occur.
