Lord Orelen,

I have spoke with the Alliance Leaders and discussed with them your offer, I regret to inform you that they have refused your offer of forming a council with a "Human" representing the Cappadocians on said council unanimously.

Furthermore, they have instructed me to make a counter offer at this time; if you wish to spare the city of Britain the hardships of a war they will accept the immediate and un conditional surrender of the city. Make your decision soon for our armies are prepared and ready to set sail at a moments notice.

His eyes narrowed over the letter, an odd feeling rising in the pit of his stomach. Something like loathing, but not to far from rage.
