A messenger bearing Moonglow colors arrives with a letter for Isk. It reads:



Lord Regent Isk,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and good spirits. While our political bodies may not see eye to eye, I believe there holds a mutual respect between all politicians. Now I'm sure you have many things to read over, so I will do you the favor of getting to the point.

The issue with the Triads is a very serious issue with Moonglow. I feel I should inform you that Detective Orelen of Britain requested a copy of our documents, but we have refused to send them to him. This is not a trial, and we do not intend to press charges. They are out of our hair, and we prefer it like that.

However, the Protectorate does a great many things for the populace of Sosaria. Many people who once had no food, now have full bellies. Many people who did not have a bed to sleep in, now have a place to call home. The Protectorate has a very great name with those it keeps safe.

The Triad, however, will dampen this name. And in the report that should be finished in the eve of tomorrow, you will see just what kind of people are now in control of a portion of the capital of Britannia.

Moonglow will submit every piece of evidence in its truest form, holding tight to our native virtue of Honesty.
