Mayor Cal Hurst of Moonglow,

My word reaches you in response to reports that Moonglow will be raising allocations of subterfuge and ill-reputable acts against the current ruleing body of the City of Britain. In concordance with Britain City Laws and the Laws of Sosaria's Ruleing body, the Protectorate, I do hereby request all evidence intented to be cited against the Britain City Council submitted in copy triplicate. One file will be submitted to the Council records, another will be submitted into the Protectorate records, and a third will be for my own purposes in compiling a defence for the offended party.

I expect the requested information returned to me within one week(Thrusday, 19 Feburary), three days prior to your intended date of display.

The courier delivering this notice has been instructed to await a response, in writing, from your party, as either an acceptance or refusal.

Cal smirked slightly after reading the letter, and began to pen one of his own.

Detective Orelen Reaucher,

I am writing to inform you, sir, that it is true that Moonglow has compiled an overwhelming amount of evidence against the Triad. Unfortunately for you, and I apologize for the inconvenience, none of these crimes took place in Britain. They mainly took place on Moonglow city soil, which is not a part of the Protectorate's jurisdiction.

One file will not be submitted into the Council records.
One file will not be submitted into the Protectorate records.
One file will not be submitted into your personal records.
One file will, however, be presented to Lord Regent Isk, a week from this Sunday.

It is not my intention to start a legal case against the Triad. My intentions are merely to inform the Lord Regent, and the Allied Leaders, what kind of organization you really are. Any further attempt to contact me will be ignored, and your messengers will be sent away with their original message.
