After the meeting with the Mayor of Moonglow, Vian found the messengers that he had standing by.

"It went as I thought it would, maybe public pressure will change things, send it out" he said as he sighed.
"To all banks and heralds"

After the messengers left, Vian wondered to himself what the Lord Commander was going to say about this.

Years ago, the Regency controlled the city of Moonglow. It was the Kingdom of Sanctus and our troops that initially secured the city so that the Moonglow Town Council could grow and re-establish its sovereignty.

Throughout our history, the Kingdom of Sanctus has never allowed a foreign outpost of any sort on our soil, even of our closest allies. Yet, the Moonglow Town Council has chosen to do so without permission of, or notice to the Kingdom.

The Kingdom of Sanctus asks the Moonglow Town Council to honor our sovereignty as we had yours. We call for the removal all military personel from our lands. In addition, we call for all operations related to this outpost to be ceased, and the outpost closed.

If this request is not honored, it would strain the relations between our nations to the extreme degree. This would not be good for the people of Sanctus or of Moonglow. We eagerly await your response.

Malic sees the notice and smiles wide, immediately he begins to sign his name on the posting in Sanctus making the notice an official decree.

Observing the notice posted in Moonglow, a small smile came across Cal's lips.

"I already told these silly people we were moving out in a week's time. Perhaps it is time I make a speech. Yes, later on will do."
