Regent, Lord Isk,

With the attack of last night still fresh in the back of our minds, but the bitter taste of defeat waning, I write to you with a proposal of sorts.

You are a great man, one of character and conviction, but I implore you to consider what I suggest. For the sake of the Protectorate and for the sake of Britain herself.

Peace may be viable in the long standing struggle between our great nation and the "Vampires" that threaten our sensibilities.

I do not ask for you to sacrifice anything more than a few moments of your time for a simple meeting with the leader of their alliance, Lord Ronin. Give it consideration and write back to me as to whether your curiosity will permit this meeting or not.
